Guild of St Anne
The ladies of th parish hold a Bingo session every Tuesday at 7.30 pm. They only charge 50p a book and 10p a raffle ticket included in this is a free cup of tea and biscuits. Occasionally one of the ladies brings a tray of home baked cakes which are an added bonus.
They don't make a lot of money, but they donate to charities. Their main one is the Priests Training Fund, plus a donation to help with the cost of heating our purpose built parish centre. They also support the Friends of Uganda, the Homeless, St Catherine's Hospice and Derian House - the children's hospice.
So if you are visiting in Chorley, come to St Mary's Parish Centre, on Tuesday night, you may be sure of a welcome.

Come and meet people for a friendly get together at St. Mary’s Parish Hall, Devonshire Road, Chorley.
We meet every alternate Wednesday afternoon at 2pm and have speakers, tea and biscuits. We also arrange trips and parties.
Everyone is welcome to join us.
Painting Group
Informal group of people with an interest in painting and Art. Meet every Tuesday 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm in the Parish Centre. (except during August)
